ABOUT IN-PERSON SESSIONS AND TESTING UNITS:
The first one-hour confidential consultation is only $85, no matter how long it takes. During the First Hour of your Fitness Adventure, we will discuss your fitness and injury history, any physical limitations, your goals and fill in several Questionnaires to understand your needs better.
Generally, in order to see the results and establish your routine and new life style, it is recommended to meet with Your Trainer at least 2-3 times a week for at least 3 months.
Ideally, to achieve your goals and set into your new life-long habits, I recommend you to benefit from my most popular 24-week-long and 48-week-long packages.
In order to reduce the financial burden of the investment in your health you are making, BE FIT FIT offers discounts for multiple sessions, purchased at any time before the start of Session number 1 (for information and to buy your sessions, please see the Fitness Store Tab)

Generally, I train my Clients at my Be Fit Fit Studio in the Village of Oak Creek, Sedona, Arizona.
We can also discuss arrangements for training at your location (additional fees and certain restrictions apply, depending on the distance and location of the training)
